He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sargent and Helen Sargent; and his brother James. He is survived by: his wife Pam Sargent; his children, Tracie Sargent and Jason Sargent (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Tyler Sargent (Abby), Dylan Sargent and Lillian Sargent; and his siblings, Barbara Rahe (late Ron) and Ron Sargent (late Nora). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Moore Family Funeral Homes - Newtown (6708 Main St, Cincinnati, OH 45244). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Moore Family Funeral Homes (6708 Main St, Cincinnati, OH 45244). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Gate of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (11000 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Vern's honor may be made to either the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or the Myasthenia Gravis Association.
