Valerie Isabel Valentin Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Valerie Isabel Valentin of Cincinnati, Ohio, born in Albany, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 16, 2025 at the age of 36. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Valerie Isabel may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by: her father Gil Valentin Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Maricela Aguilar; her brother Gil Valentin; her sister-in-law Cristina Valentin; and her nieces, Gianna and Natalia Valentin.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cannon Funeral Home (2020 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12205). A Mass was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Shrine Church of Our Lady of the Americas (273 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12206).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the ASPCA in Valerie's memory, honoring her love for animals - especially her beloved dog, Coco.
