He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis "Lew" Balanger and Kathleen Balanger; and his grandchild Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his sons, Frederick "Fritz" Lewis Balanger (Lainey) and Kenneth Paul Hance (Tonia); his grandchildren, Jamie, Sean, Brandy, Stephen, Jeremy and Sheena; and his sister Rose Robbins.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thomas-Justin Memorial (7500 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Laurel Cemetery (5915 Roe St, Cincinnati, OH 45227).
