He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Leon Phelps and Margaret "Jerry" Phelps; and his wife Nona K. Phelps. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Breving (late Jesse), Tina Grace (Jason) and Amanda Cassidy (Steve); his grandchildren, Terry Lee Phelps, Jordan Breving, Kasi Satzger, Jessica Breving, Steven Cassidy, Rian Rutherford, Lindsey Breving, Xander Cassidy, Sara Grace, Aiden Cassidy, Jonathan Grace and Benjamin Grace; his great grandchildren, Zoey Graziani and Wyatt Smith; and his siblings, Sherry Redford (Willard), Linda Potter (O'Neil), Patty Buerkle (Roger) and Randall Phelps.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Spring Grove Funeral Homes - Willow Room (4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223).
