He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Ruoff and Mary Lou Ruoff; his wife Georgiana Green of Valentine's Day; his children, Tara Stalder (Jeff) and Timothy Ruoff (Tiffeny); his grandchildren, Jocelyn and Rylie Stalder; and his siblings, Steven Ruoff, Barbara Smith, Robert Ruoff (Patricia) and Donna Muse (Robert).
