Though Tamara may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Pangburn and Susan Pangburn (Crawford). She is survived by: her husband Mark McNeese; her children, Andy McNeese, Kacie McNeese (Chris Trammel) and Noah McNeese (Kylie Bohanan); her grandchildren, Jordan, Aubrey, Grant, Haven and Shane; and her siblings, Scott Pangburn and Julie Delaney (Bob). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Grace Covenant Church (6420 Bridgetown Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45248).
