She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Marvin Harper, Kevin Phillips, Victor Phillips, Lisa Phillips, Russell Phillips and James Barkley III; her siblings, Ruby Phelia and Chester Phelia; her parents, Henderson Phelia and Patience Phelia; and her siblings, Ramona Baxter, Evelyn Phelia, Constance Stout, Jackie Phelia, Greg Phelia, Sr. and Victor Phelia. She was also cherished by grandchildren, extended family and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Serve Church (1364 Spring Lawn Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
