He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Shemo and Sophie Shemo; his daughter Sharon A. Shemo; his wife Shirley A. Shemo; and his brother Michael Shemo.
He is survived by: his daughter Sandra J. Whiting (Patrick); his sister Barbara "Cookie" Shemo; and his sister-in-law Carol Shemo. He is also survived by many nieces/nephews and great nieces/great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Gilligan Funeral Home (8225 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the All Saints Catholic Church (8939 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236).
