He is survived by: his sons, Jonathan Gifford of Cold Spring and Justin Gifford (Kristin) of Covington, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Hailo Prevo, Graham Gifford and Pierce Gifford; his sister Cathy Poage Dillow; and his aunt Sandy.
