She was predeceased by: her parents, Froy Hunley and Ida Mae Caudill Hunley; and her siblings, Sue Anderson, Jack Hunley, Gary "Leroy" Hunley and Troy Lee Hunley.
She is survived by: her husband Herb Phillips of Cincinnati; her children, Tammie Sue Howard (Joey) of Salyersville, Rodney Phillips (Tracy) of Lexington, Bradley Phillips (Carmel) of Mt. Pleasant and Tim Hunley (Tina) of West Liberty; and her sisters, Wanda Whitt of Salyersville, Cleo Rita Harmon of Clyde and Ruth Ann Miller of Jacksonville.
