He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Welch and Charles Welch; and his sister Peggy Jordan. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Welch; his children, Debbie Siegle (Ron), David Welch (Jennifer) and Scott Welch (Katina); and his grandchildren, Dan Siegle, Lisa Demoya, Jeremy Siegle, Joshua Welch, Grant Welch, Holly Washvill, Brandon Welch, Kaitlyn Welch and Ashlyn Welch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
