She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Bond and Gretchen Bond; her husband Edward; and her sisters, Janet (Prucha) and Barb (Moore).
She is survived by: her children, Barb, Paul Berg (Lisa), Nancy Berg Costello (Kevin) and Barbara Berg Carloni Columbus (Steve); her grandchildren, Barry, Brian, Kelly, Colleen, Emma, Ryan, Ben and Leah; and her great grandchildren, Brody, Daniel and Haelyn. She is also survived by her family and friends.
The family requests memorial contributions be directed to: The Ed and Sally Berg Fund for Saturday Hoops and Youth Programs. Saturday Hoops is a multi-site, multi-component youth program for vulnerable youth in Cincinnati founded by Ed and Sally 18 years ago.
