He is survived by: his wife Karla Renee Mericle Rowe; his sons, James Rowe (Diana), Carl Joseph Rowe, Christopher Jourdan (Lindsay) and Charles Rowe (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Lauren, Haley, Sadie, Wesley and William; his great grandchild Lilliana; his sisters, Janice Williamson (Jim), Jeanette McCullough and Betty Jean Lynch; and his sisters-in-law, Josephine Rowe, Molly Dittoe (Bob) and Jonda Kelly (Marty). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
