He was predeceased by: his stepchild Gary Bookout. He is survived by: his parents, Christian August Lindenmeyer and Pauline Lowe Lindenmeyer; his wife Doris Mae Lindenmeyer; his brother Christian Paul Lindenmeyer of Fort Lauderdale; his children, Daniel Lindenmeyer and Kriste Lindenmeyer (Don); his stepchildren, Lisa Bookout and Timothy Bookout (Nancy); his grandchildren, Vanessa Dick, Brittney Giver, Timothy Bookout, Jeff Bookout, Nicholas Bookout and Alexander Bookout; and also, Cincinnati and Rebecca Lynne.
