He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Wergers; his children, Matt Wergers, Randy Wergers, Stacey Loukoumidis (George) and Renee Pennetti; his grandchildren, Shanna (Nick), Amber (Ben), Leanne (Tom), Elyse (Mike), Jake (Rupali), Dimitri (Sydney), Haley, Lydia, Alexis, Leah, Grace and Laurel; his great grandchildren, Cassidy (Robert), Lindsey, William, Kadin, Noah, Allen, Anabella, Aubrey, Abel, Evalee, Penelope, Ce-Ce and Eli; his daughter-in-law Dianna Wergers; and his brother Glen Wergers.

Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Spring Grove Funeral Homes - Blue Spruce Chapel (4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. An entombment was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Spring Grove Cemetery (4521 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45232). A reception was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Spring Grove Funeral Homes - Blue Spruce Chapel (4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223).
