She is survived by: her husband Gerald J. Kramer; her children, Ken Kramer (Dee), Dan Kramer (Linda), Kim Witte (John) and Lisa Scardina (late Stephen); her grandchildren, Kris Kramer, Jackie Gladieux (Samson), Jennifer Dutschke (Daniel), Jeff Kramer (Missy), Matthew Witte (Christina), Kevin Witte (Alyssa), Sarah Mullenix (Paulie), Grant Witte (Grace), Robin Kramer, Bryan Kramer (Sarah) and Brittney Wolfe (Sonny); her great grandchildren, Sadie, Graham Gladieux, Emily, Maggie Dutschke, Rocco, Clark, Zane Kramer, Kate, Andrew, Alex Witte, Luke, Brice Witte, Norah, Knox Mullenix, Henry, Benjamin Witte, Makayla, Maddie Tufarella, Rylan Mitzel, Lennon and Hendrix Wolfe; and her siblings, Helen Harris and Carl Barnickle.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Rose's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
