He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lockard and Bettijane Lockard (Neal). He is survived by: his siblings, Debbie Roesel (Greg), Beth Glaser, Rada Mann and Kevin Lockard; and his nieces and nephews, Paige (Mike), Vergil, Jenny (Matt), Brooke (Thomas), Adam, Emily, Hugo, Ava, Michael, Abby and Katie.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the E. C. Nurre Funeral Home (177 W Main St, Amelia, OH 45102). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made, in Rocky's memory, to Hospice of Cincinnati, hospiceofcincinnati.org/donate or your favorite animal shelter.
