He was predeceased by: his parents, Lola Mae and Robert E. Fay; and his sister Marcia Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette (Tufts); his children, Christine Case (John) and Raymond Fay (Linda Blasky); his grandchildren, Amanda Haskamp (Henry), Scott Case (Katie), Ethan Case, Alexander Fay and Adrianna Fay; his great grandchild Saffron Haskamp; his stepgrandchildren, Aaden and Aris Blasky; and his brothers-in-law, Daryl Johnson and James Crady.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Heritage Presbyterian Church (6546 Mason Montgomery Rd, Mason, OH 45040). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
