He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Holtgrefe and Alice Holtgrefe; his wife Barbara (Knights); and his brother Earl Holtgrefe. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Heimann (Richard), Anthony Holtgrefe (Dianne), Linda Gibson (Terry) and David Holtgrefe (Jane); and his siblings, William and Rosemary. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Michael Catholic Church (11144 Spinner Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45241). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (11000 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Michael's Catholic Church (https://www.tricountycatholics.org) in Sharonville or Hospice of Southwest Ohio.
