He was predeceased by: his parents, August Gabbard and Dorothy Gabbard; and his sister Diane. He is survived by: his wife Joy Gabbard; his son Chris (Kimmie); his sister Charmayne; his granddaughter Molly; his nieces, Rhonda (Bill) and Amy; and his nephew Randy (Liz).
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the E. C Nurre Funeral Home (177 W Main St, Amelia, OH 45102). A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Mt. Moriah Cemetery (686 Mt Moriah Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45245).
