She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Sr. Loving; her daughters, Barb Carroll (Mike) and Mary Pat Noe; and her brother Larry Strotman. She is survived by: her children, Jack Noe Jr. (Karen), Bob Noe (Angel), Lisa Feist (Eric) and Michelle Oaks (Jim); her grandchildren, Sam Carroll, Trey Noe, Josh Kappen (Katie), Justin Kappen, Kayla Kappen and Alex Feist; and her stepgrandchildren, Kayla Oaks and CJ Oaks.
