It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard V. Cooper Sr. of Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on April 6, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his children, Robin of Williamsburg and Thomas M. Cooper; and his brother William M. Cooper. He is survived by: his children, Connie F. House (Dale) of Florence, Richard V. Cooper (Margaret) of Loxahatchee, Joseph A. of Williamsburg, Jeffrey W. of Williamsburg and Amy J. Cooper of Williamsburg; and his sibling Snead. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
