He is survived by: his parents, Ursula LaSorella and William LaSorella; his brothers, Joseph (Betsy) of Kentucky and William R (Angie) of Cincinnati; his niece Hannah (Adam Weisbrod); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Leo and Avery; his niece Sydney LaSorella; his nephews, Ian LaSorella, Clayton Hemsley and Joshua LaSorella (Terah); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cameron, Evert and Julius; and also Jakob LaSorella.

Memorial contributions in Raphael's memory may be made to Montgomery Community Church or The American Cancer Society.
