With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Jean Hafer (Cincinnati, Ohio), who passed away on January 10, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Hans Hafer; her child Sandy; her parents, Reith Orr and Theodore Orr; and her sisters, Mary Lou Hafer and Barbara Mardis.

She is survived by: her sons, Keith (late Debra) and Craig Hafer (Paula); and her siblings, Ruth Cacacia, Donna Bostock and Theodore. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
