He was predeceased by: his father Pierre "Pete" Mather. He is survived by: his children, Jacob, Stephanie, Adam, Camryn, Kendall, Avery and Peyton Mather; his mother Marlene Mather; and his siblings, Barbara Cenko (Paul), Eric Mather (Siobhan), Gretchen Heltman (Jeff), Mark Mather (Debbie McMillian) and Christine Mather.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association or to a charity of one's choice.
