She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Middendorf; and her sister Lana Butler. She is survived by: her children, Mary Haley (David), Paul Middendorf (Deborah), Karen Middendorf and Peggy Mackay (Don); her grandchildren, Bobby (Elizabeth), Ricky, Tommy (Erica), Dakota, Paul III, Caitlyn, Craig, Steven, Kyle (Samantha), Stephanie, Chelsey, Adam (Amber) and Megan; her great grandchildren, Kevin, Rhett, Ruth and Meredith; and her sister Helen Brown (late Tom).
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Vitt, Stermer & Anderson Funeral Home (4619 Delhi Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45238). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at the St. Joseph New Cemetery (4500 Foley Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45238).
