She was predeceased by: her husband James E. Petroviak; and her grandson Phillip. She is survived by: her children, James L. Petroviak (Kelli) and Lynn M. Butler (Tom); her grandchildren, Michael Butler (Danielle), Hunter Petroviak (Giang), Stephen Butler (Liz), Bracken Petroviak (Dave Cunningham), Elizabeth Kessen (Taylor) and Kaes Petroviak (Baileigh Clements); and her child Seton. She is also survived by her sister, many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Victory Church (808 Neeb Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45233). A burial was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Joseph New Cemetery (4500 Foley Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45238).
