He was predeceased by: his son Christopher D.; his parents, Iven Spears and Lola Spears (Jones); and his siblings, Carl Spears (Wilma), Harold Spears (Nancy), Carroll Spears and Wanda Caudill (Marion).
He is survived by: his wife Barbara L. Spears; his son Norman W. Spears (Sherry); and his grandchildren, Eric Foster (Meredith), Jennifer Foster, Barbara Foster, Joshua Foster (Sarah), Derek Spears and Ashley Spears.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Neidhard Young Funeral Home (7401 Hamilton Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45231).
In lieu of flowers donations in his name may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
