He is survived by: his mother Joyce McIntosh; his wife Lillith; his stepson Ayden of Cincinnati, OH; his brothers, Jonathan McIntosh (Karen) and Matthew McIntosh (Rachel); his nieces and nephews, Hadley, Alivia, Audrey, Jacob and Adaline; and his grandmother Helen McIntosh. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Tucker Funeral Home (113 N 3rd St, Central City, KY 42330). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
