He is survived by: his wife Muriellyn Rutland; his sons, Kenneth Rutland (Irish) and Tyrone Rutland; his siblings, Charles Rutland, Catherine Daily, Bessie May Mitchell and Henry Rutland of California; his aunt Louise Jones; his cousin Clifton Rutland; his sister-in-law Betty Jean Mayes; his nieces, Nadine Watson, Patricia Martin (Frank), Pamela Rice (Darell) and Yvette Hanley (Charles); his nephew Curtis Rutland; his grandchildren, Kendra Wright (Darryl), Chandra Manuel (Kenneth), Tanesha Johnson (Darrell), Kendra Baker (Tony), Kiauna Keeling (Dante), Chawana Isaac (TaBarious), KeAndre Kindell (Carmel), Antwaun Rice and Kanard Kindell; his great grandchildren, DeAnthony Sims, Pasha Wright, Brandis Wright, Kyle Manuel, Rhyanna Hearn, Kayla Manuel, Diamani Rice, Orlando Jackson, Antwaun Rice, KeAndre Kindell (Ky'Yale), Keyhonesti Rice, Kaliyah Rice, Honesti Rice, Taylor Isaac, Serenity Rice, Kasey Kindell, London Isaac, Maysiah Rice, Kyrie Kindell, Kamryn Kindell, Orlando Rice Jr. and Ashirah Kindell; his great great grandchild Skye McDaniels; and also Mattie Whaley.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Emmanuel Temple Apostolic Church (1585 Compton Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45231). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Spring Grove Cemetery (4521 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45232).
