As we bid Mary Lou farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Mary Lou is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She is survived by: her daughter Vikki Foley (Tim); her granddaughter Jenna Foley; her sister Joann Gaines (Jerry); her sisters-in-law, Julie Matre George and Sue Christian (Don); and her husband Albert J Matre. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gilligan Funeral Home (8225 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
