Mary C. Heitker Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary C. Heitker (Cincinnati, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 20, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Leo B. Heitker; her parents, John J. Heiselman and Rosalyn Heiselman; her siblings, Rose Busam (Paul), John Heiselman (Bonnie) and Jerry Heiselman (Joni); and her in-laws, Joyce Heitker, Mary Doyle, Ed Bracke, Rose and Don Ashcraft.
She is survived by: her children, Anne, James Heitker (Lindy), Mark Heitker (Tracey), Joseph Heitker (Meg) and Mary Beth Cossentino; her grandchildren, Sheena Rolsen (Sean), Victoria Warren, Mercedes Warren Norris (Kyle), Katie Sheridan (John), Mindy Matthews (John), Joseph Heitker (Frannie) of Thomas Heitker, MD, Hayley (Chris), Rubinstein, Christopher of Megan, DPT, Elizabeth Carpenter (Marshal), Jenna Ferdinand (Matthew), Dominic Cossentino, Michelle Lucci (Jonathan), Gina Smith (Elijah), Tony Cossentino and Lea Cossentino; her great grandchildren, William, Isabel of Madeline, JP, James, Molly, Michael, Mitchell, Maria, Lucy, Liam, Kate, Josephine, Leo, Weston, Leighton, Oakley, Aria, Henry, Hayes, Amelia, Hadassah and Elizabeth; her in-laws, Bill Heitker, Helen Bracke and Bob Doyle; and her grandson-in-law Leo. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Paul R. Young Funeral Home (7345 Hamilton Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45231). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Assumption (7711 Joseph St, Cincinnati, OH 45231).
Memorial donations may be directed to the St. Louis Center in Chelsea Michigan, a home for those with special needs. St. Louis Center (http://www.stlouiscenter.org) or the Alzheimer's Association in support of dementia research.
