She is survived by: her stepfather Charles Pruett; her children, Brad Forste (Laura) and Megan Forste; her grandchildren, Bryant Duane Forste and Alexa Nicole Harris; and her half-sister Robyn Madison (Mark). She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
