She was predeceased by: her husbands, George Strotman, Frank Bailey and Richard Lloyd; her brother-in-law Harry Goedde; and her parents, Charles Seitz and Anna Seitz.
She is survived by: her children, Colleen Adams (John), Richard Bailey, Gary Bailey (Christy), Kathy Wholihan (Tom), Joseph Bailey M. D. (Chris) and Thomas Bailey Ed (Mary); her child-in-law Katherine'Cokie'Bailey; and her siblings, Beatrice Isaacs (late Marvin 'Buzz'), Richard Seitz (Judy) and Charlene Kearney (Michael). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Our Lady of the Visitation Church (3172 South Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45248). A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 9:30 AM and at 11:15 AM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Our Lady of the Visitation Education Fund, 3172 South Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45248.
