She is survived by: her children, Frederick "Rick" J. Bingham, Malinda "Peggy", Paula Bingham (Chris Butrym) and Pamela Bingham Kemlage; and her grandchildren, Casey Lee Kemlage Hennessey (Josh), Rachel Kemlage and Christopher Butrym.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Cincinnati, PO Box 633597, Cincinnati, OH 45263.
