She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Robert E. Herling; her children, Robert J. (Michelle), Sharon Wiehe (Jeff), Mary Manifold (John Galioto), Carol Baden (Peter) and JoAnne Niesen (Michael); her grandchildren, Heather (Jim), Jeffery (Hailie), Anna (Chris), Nicholas (Misti), Greg, Noelle (Thomas), Tom (Mary Clare), Olivia, Robert D., Sarah (Andrew), Joseph, Kevin, Andy, Elizabeth and Garrett; her siblings, Lawrence (Roseanne), Velma, Paula (Roger), Betty (Denny), George (Martha), Charles (Connie), Joseph, Mary Alice and Frank; and her siblings-in-law, June and Roland. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
In honor of her love for reading, teaching and learning, donations may be made to Our Lady of Visitation School Library.
