It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Helen Ciuccio (Cincinnati, Ohio), who passed away on January 3, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick V. Ciuccio; her children, Deborah Thurman (Robert), Karen Ciuccio and James Ciuccio (Michael); her grandchildren, Christopher Bokelman (Jen), Joel Bokelman (Marnie), Ryan Pflaum (Diana), Daniel Thurman (Anthony), Kelly Campbell (Mike), Patrick J. Ciuccio (Hannah) and Adam Ciuccio; her great grandchildren, Paige, Liza, Claire, Sam, Lucy, Elliott, Archie Bokelman, Camille Ciuccio, Makayla and Cameron Campbell; and her siblings, Corrine Biddle (Lloyd), Joseph Leesman (Katherine), William Leesman (Barbara), Charles Leesman (Florence), James Leesman (Lillian), Robert "Fuzz" Leesman (Doris), Earl Leesman (Carol) and Thomas Leesman (Ruth).
She is survived by: her friends, Stella Minervini, Nuccio Vacca, Bruce Techau and Richard Ferguson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other cherished friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Magnolia Room of the Spring Grove Funeral Home (4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Ignatius Loyola Church (5222 N Bend Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45247). An entombment will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Old St. Joseph Cemetery (3819 W 8th St, Cincinnati, OH 45205).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to United Italian Society in Lillian's memory. Checks can be made to the United Italian Society or the UIS.
