He was predeceased by: his wife Maureen Ann (Driscoll); his son Christopher Driscoll Blum; his parents, Leonard Anthony and Mary Dorsey Blum (Gegan); and his siblings, Mary Dorsey Fay (Blum), John (Jack) and Thomas Blum.
He is survived by: his daughter Katherine Desmond (John); his daughter-in-law Susan Blum (Roberts); his grandchildren, Annabella, Rafferty Desmond of Cincinnati, Colin and Sarena Blum of Springboro, Ohio; and his sister Anne Daley (Blum). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
