He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Noel Sr. and Mildred Witt; his grandmother Maude Graham; his parents-in-law, William and Ruth Miller; and his siblings, Patricia O'Neal and Louis Witt.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Noel; his daughters, Kim Ammon (Glenn), Jill Fulton and Kelly Fredrick; his grandchildren, Hannah Ammon (Jake Bick), Connor Ammon, Caden Ammon, Will Fulton, Nate Fulton, Hailey Fredrick and Alicia Fredrick; and his great grandchildren, Arabella Vanover, Addison Vanover and Violet Huffman. He is also survived by nieces and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Radel Funeral & Cremation Services (650 Neeb Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45233). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
