For Kenneth is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his grandchild Kelly Gargan; and his siblings, Dennis Frank and Jean. He is survived by: his wife Charleen Penny Frank; his children, Stephanie Gargan (Tim) and Rodney Frank (Debbie); his grandsons, Tommy, Timmy Gargan and Evan Frank; and his sister Kimberly Heeney (Richard). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 15th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Neidhard-Minges Funeral Home (3155 Harrison Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45211).
