She is survived by: her children, Paul Smith Jr. (Charlene), Angie Smith (Michael) and Kat Smith (Antonio); her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Alyssa, Jakob, Martin, Katie, Justin, Eli, Ben, Tony and Jose; her great grandchildren, Kaden, Aleah, Nevaeh, Nathan and Aiden; and her siblings, Mark, Dave, Paul, Ruth, Becky and Barb.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Spring Grove Funeral Homes - Willow Room (4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223).
