She is survived by: her friend Julianne; her husband Duc Jimmy Chau; her parents, John Mai and Lauren Ngo; and her siblings, Seung Jun, Kristine Mai and Melanie Mai. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the E. C. Nurre Funeral Homes, Inc. (177 W Main St, Amelia, OH 45102). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Rest Haven Memorial Park (10209 Plainfield Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45241). During the COVID pandemic, she perfected her sourdough bread recipe, which put everyone else's homemade sourdoughs to shame.
