“Raquel was one of my psychology interns and then we worked together as staff psychologists for many years at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center. She was one of the most kind, generous, and loving people I have met in my life. She was a dedicated clinician who cared deeply about all those she worked with, colleagues and patients alike. Hearing about her death today was a blow. I am grateful to carry her spirit with me in memory. I wish her family peace as they grieve Raquel's loss.”
