It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph J. Moellman MD (Cincinnati, Ohio), who passed away on February 17, 2025, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. Moellman and Rosemary Moellman. He is survived by: his wife Kim Moellman; his children, Josh Moellman (Myra) and Jordan Moellman (Kaila); his sisters, Mary Ann Moellman and Jennifer Berling (John); his brothers-in-law, Jeff Riede, Tim Riede and Mike Riede (Linda); and his nieces and nephews, Nicholas Moellman, Jacob Riede and Cate Riede.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the White Oak Christian Church (3675 Blue Rock Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45239). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Aloysius Gonzaga Church (4366 Bridgetown Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45211).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cincinnati Children's Hospital (https://www.cincinnatichildrens.org), Attn: Kasey Fischesser, Cincinnati Children's, 3333 Burnet Avenue, MLC 9002, Cincinnati, OH 45229-3026 in memory of Dr. Joseph J. Moellman for his medical research that he has graciously done through UC Hospital and to honor his daughter-in-law Kaila who continues her life with cancer.
