He was predeceased by: his parents, John Puckett and Leatha Puckett; and his brother Elmer Ray Puckett. He is survived by: his children, John Ryan Puckett and Suzanne Puckett Wilson; his grandchildren, Sadie and John Ryan Wilson; and his great grandchildren, Penelope and Marceline.
