He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Spruel and Johnnie Bell Deramus; and his siblings, Alberta, Ruby, Johnnie Diane, Freeman of Lonzell, KC, Lil Charles and Joe Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Addie Louise; his children, Michael Parker (Marcelle), Yvonne Spruel, Kimberly Roberson (Will) and Kelley Green (Richard); his grandchildren, Martainia Prince, Anthony Horton Roberson, Cameron Roberson and De'airesPatton; and his sisters, Barbara Jean Love (Isaac) and Linda Cherry (Patrick). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
