He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Neff and Dorothy Neff. He is survived by: his children, Kim Rolph (Dave), Jerry Neff (Andrea) and Amy Hartman (Brian); his grandchildren, Brittany, Michael Freudiger (Kathryn), Ashley Stechschulte (Kyle), Emily Elliott (Jeff), Jeremy Neff (Cassidy), Adam (Sydney), Allison, Aaron and Austin Parks; his wife Gail Neff; his stepchildren, Kim Brodbeck Brodbeck (Matt) and Andy Gill (Michelle); his grandchildren, Matt, Drew, Abbie, Allie, Max, Wonnyou Brodbeck, Jami and Jesi Gill; and his brother Harold Neff. He is also survived by his 5 brothers & sisters.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Anderson Hills Church - Cincinnati (7515 Forest Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45255). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
Gathering: 4-6pm, Freedom City Church 6137 Salem Rd, Cincinnati, Ohio 45230, Donations can be made in his honor to the Cincinnati Nature Center (https://cincynature.ticketapp.org), Alzheimer's Association Cincinnati, or Hospice of Cincinnati.
