He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hart and Martha Hart. He is survived by: his wife Olga; his daughters, Helen Hart (Jeff) and Alexandra Capannari (John); his stepson Andrey Azarov; his sister Barbara Troxell (Cameron); his grandchildren, Zoe, Nik, Satchel and Tanner; and his niece Kellen.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Southwest Ohio.
