He is survived by: his siblings, Daniel, Kathleen (Thompson), Anne (Reeves) and Theresa (Sullivan); his wife Eileen; his children, Celeste (Brian Keith), Michelle (William Slack), James (Lisa Lam), Stephanie, Michael (Katalina), Kevin (Dana) and Jim; his grandchildren, Kelly Bentdahl, Kathleen Bentdahl, Marcella Slack, Maria, Matthew and William Simon; and also, Ursula (Kelly), Victor and Catholics.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the All Saints Education Fund.
