He was predeceased by: his parents, James J Durkin Sr. and Anna Mae Durkin. He is survived by: his children, David Scott Durkin (Laura), Deborah Sue Durkin Woodward (Darrel) and Travis Pittman; his grandchildren, Ryan Durkin (Michelle), Grace Durkin, Thomas Durkin, Tiffany Durkin and Nicholas Woodward; his great grandchildren, Evan Durkin, Jamison Kain, Caliopy Durkin Orr, Addison Durkin Orr and Braxton Woodward; his sister Peggy Durkin; and his friend Jerrie Dehner-Howard. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of James may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or the American Lung Association or Hospice of Cincinnati.
